Let Go
In this video Gurutej teaches us how to get rid of unwanted behaviors, feelings and even addictions.
You can do this exercise by sitting down or standing up.
Keep your spine straight and shoulder relaxed.
Have your arms close to your sides. Bend them at 90º.
Shape the palms of your hands like bowls.
Now, think of putting something you want to release in the palm of your hands.
Close your eyes. Inhale from the nose.
As you exhale from the mouth, you scoop the arms up throwing the unwanted thing behind your shoulders.
As you inhale, your arms come back down.
Pick a steady rhythm and do it for 1-3 minutes.
Inhale from the nose, exhale from the mouth.
This exercise releases old mental patterns and leaves space to create new, more positive, ones.
At the end, inhale and exhale through the nose and put your hands on your heart. Rest there for a minute to reap the fruits of your exercise.
