Anger Breath
In the following video, Gurutej will show us how to breathe to chase away anger. If you are angry with yourself, try to do it facing a mirror. If you are angry with another person, imagine you have them facing you.
You can do this exercise by sitting down or standing up, provided you keep your spine straight and your shoulders relaxed. Do it for as long as you can.
Being angry with someone or ourselves, robs us of the power to be happy.
